I'm in a kind of difficult situation, I am upgrading my sytem with an asrock b450 pro4, amd ryzen 5 2600, 16gb 3000Mhz, amd radeon rx590 and cooler master hyper 212 evo.
I wanna update the motherboards bios when Im gonna buy it in europe, because here in africa electricity cuts often, and it can harm the motherboard if it happens during the update. Now my question is, how should i update the bios, do i need to bring my hard drive with me to set up a temporary 'pc' build or are there other solutions? In europe im gonna have access to another pc, i red somewhere that you could update the bios with only a usb drive, the motherboard and the psu plugged in.
I'm not qualified like most most of you, that's why Im asking u.
Here are the bios info of the motherboard:

and here is the user manual(to download):

The Asrock B450M Pro4 comes in at just $70 and while it might only pack a 3+3 phase VRM, both the Vcore and SoC portions of the VRM feature passive cooling, something no other MicroATX B450 board offers. Cooling on the SoC VRM is important, particularly if you plan on using a Raven Ridge APU, and crucially if you plan to overclock the integrated Vega GPU.

By funkykit.com on 90 ASRock B450M Pro4 is a well-designed, well-performing and inexpensive motherboard which should satisfy even more demanding users. For sure gamers with a lower budget who are thinking of AMD Ryzen PC should be interested in this motherboard as it offers a lot at a really great price.
By vortez.net on 90 We’re impressed by ASrock’s ability to cram plenty of features onto a relatively small board, without giving up performance. It also doesn’t cost anywhere near as much as the X470 boards we’ve tested while trading blows in our benchmarks.
By PCTechReviews on 90 It overclocked well, has all the storage and PCIE connectivity I need in an MATX form factor, plus some RGB functionality to personalise the build a little. ASRock designers have done a good job with the layout, in particular the positioning of the M.2 slots away from the warmer sections of the board and the sensible locations of the onboard connectors/headers.
By pctechreviews.com.au on 90 The B450M Pro4 was a pleasure to work with and will bring decent value to the market if it comes in at the price point we’re hoping for.
By Ocaholic on With the launch of the AMD B450 chipset, each vendor has unveiled several micro-ATX boards. At the moment there are ten different models available and the prices range from 70 to 100 Euro. This article will allow you to compare all these boards in order...
By AnandTech on Both B450 and the B450M Pro4 are designed for professional and regular system users, although gaming on either model wouldn’t have any detrimental effect on performance other than the lack of RGB lighting which seems to be the most popular feature on gaming branded boards.
